A year at our school
These are just a few of the many events we hold throughout the year. Our school offers a wide range of activities and celebrations to engage and connect our community.
Harmony Day at Liverpool Public School celebrates our diverse cultures and backgrounds, promoting kindness, respect, and belonging. Students wear orange, share stories, and learn from one another, highlighting the strength in our differences.
NAIDOC Week is a special time at Liverpool Public School when we celebrate and learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We show respect for their history, culture, and achievements, and learn how they have shaped Australia. It’s a time to listen, learn, and come together as a community.
Book Week is a fun time at Liverpool Public School where we celebrate reading and stories. Students and teachers dress up as book characters, do fun reading activities, and share their love of books. It’s a fun and engaging way to inspire a lifelong love of reading in our school community.
Our Senior Dance Group did a great job representing Liverpool Public School at Starry Sari Night. They danced with energy and confidence, showing their talent and celebrating culture. It was a fun and special event for everyone.
We officially opened our new playground on 12 May 2025, and it was an exciting and memorable event for everyone. A special thank you to Mr Rouse, DEL for the Liverpool Network, and Charishma Kaliyanda, Member for Liverpool, for joining our school leaders and principal to celebrate this wonderful occasion.
Our Kindergarten students celebrated 100 days of learning by dressing up as if they were 100 years old!
Our students proudly represented Liverpool Public School at the Liverpool Zone and SSW (Sydney South West) competitions in sports like AFL, rugby league, basketball, netball, cross country, and athletics. They tried their best, showed great sportsmanship, and made us very proud.
